These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and taka22 ("taka22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taka22.pro. By accessing or using the taka22 platform — including but not limited to browsing game content, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by taka22 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or use a taka22 account:

• Individuals who have been excluded by taka22 as a result of a breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered taka22 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your taka22 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. taka22 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.3 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your taka22 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact taka22 customer support immediately at [email protected]. taka22 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing. taka22 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.

The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be conducted from a mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name. taka22 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are subject to the limits applicable to your specific payment method and account tier. taka22 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and will notify players of material changes via the platform or registered contact details.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. taka22 aims to complete standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets within 30 minutes of approval during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). In certain circumstances — including but not limited to identity verification requirements, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical maintenance windows — processing times may be extended. taka22 will not be liable for delays caused by the player's mobile wallet provider or network operator.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

taka22 operates in accordance with responsible financial practices. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of the withdrawal request until compliance is achieved. taka22 reserves the right to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.4 No Fees on Standard Transactions

taka22 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Note, however, that your individual mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges, which are entirely outside taka22's control. Players are advised to consult their wallet provider's fee schedule independently.

taka22 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) seasons, IPL, T20 World Cup campaigns, and seasonal events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a taka22 account are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times across qualifying games before a withdrawal request can be approved for that portion of the balance.

5.2 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each stake, while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

taka22 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets on the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), and systematically exploiting bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, taka22 reserves the right to void affected bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to review the expiry conditions of each promotion before claiming it.

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, interact with games, or conduct any activity on the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.

All content on the taka22 platform — including but not limited to the taka22 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of taka22 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taka22 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. taka22 does not accept jurisdiction of arbitration panels or dispute resolution bodies that have not been expressly agreed upon in writing between the parties prior to the commencement of proceedings.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
